The Chef has been living in Saint-Lô since 2014 with his wife Estelle, after having run a restaurant in Coutances for seven years. The Intuition* restaurant is open from Thursday to Saturday, the Chef offers a cuisine of the moment, according to the seasons and his inspirations.


In his kitchen, Mickaël Marion seeks to transmit his roots, his region, his terroir. Originally from the Cotentin marshes, he lives there and buys fresh produce as close as possible to his restaurant. He personally picks wild herbs and his vegetable garden, to cook them and serve them to his guests.


Very open, it is attached to the transmission of values, sensitivity, humanity.


Thomas met Chef Mickaël Marion for the first time in his brasserie Les Capucines, on the ground floor of the starred restaurant Intuition, on March 11, 2020. The Chef immediately bought into the idea, finding it very interesting and corresponding to the state of mind in which he worked. Winter 2020/2021 was the maturation phase of the Chef's Escapade project, and that of the development of services by the Chef sponsor of the brand.
